Registration is open for accepted submissions. Every participant, including presenters, session speakers, and panellists, must register through the Cambridge University E-Sales Website. Registration offers three tiers: Standard, IBPPA member, or Concessionary registration (See Q2). Registration is mandatory for all, even if you did not submit the proposal personally.
For those who have submitted thematic or policy sessions: it is your responsibility to share the registration details with your fellow speakers on the panel. A session will be considered fully registered once all speakers and panellists have completed their registration. Thank you for your cooperation.
1. Standard Registration: This option is for anyone who is not a member of the IBPPA or does not qualify for concessionary registration.
2. IBPPA Members Registration: If you are a member of the IBPPA, select this option. During the registration process, you will be asked to provide your membership ID. Not yet a member? Register here for £20.
3. Concessionary Registration: This option is for students with formal student status and academics from low, low-middle, and upper-middle income countries (based on World Bank classification). To qualify, please send proof of your student status (such as a scan of your Student ID card or a status letter from your university) or proof of employment at an academic institution to eei-info@jbs.cam.ac.uk. Once verified, we will send you a code that allows you to proceed with the registration.
Concessionary registration is available to:
1. Students (MSc or PhD) who have formal student status (i.e., are not employed).
2. Academics whose employing institution is based in low, low-middle, and upper-middle income countries (based on World Bank classification)
1. Open the IBPPA Membership website.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Select ‘My Account’.
4. Choose ‘Membership Information’ from the left-hand menu.
5. Your 10-digit Member ID is presented above your purchase history on that page.
If you wish to cancel your attendance, kindly note that you will be provided a full refund if you notify us of your cancellation within two weeks of placing the order. Thereafter, a partial refund may be initiated based on the host’s discretion.
We understand that funding can be a challenge. If you are an early career researcher from a low, low-middle and upper-middle income country (based on World Bank classification) and your paper has been accepted, but you’re unable to access funding, we offer a limited number of bursaries to cover full or partial registration fees. Reach out to us directly at eei-info@jbs.cam.ac.uk to discuss your eligibility.
The conference dinner will be held at Westminster College on Monday, June 24th, starting at 7:00 PM. Join us for a pre-dinner drink followed by a 3-course meal and a Ceilidh (traditional Scottish dancing) to finish the day on a high note (wear comfortable shoes for dancing).
You can sign up for the conference dinner during the conference registration process (only one registration per participant). As there are a limited number of spaces available, tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. For sustainability reasons, we will be offering a full vegetarian menu.
In case you need a visa to travel to the UK and an invitation letter for the application, please provide the following details at your earliest convenience to eei-info@jbs.cam.ac.uk.
